Terms and Conditions

• Customers must be at least 21 years of age to avail themselves of the rented products from the Krintos website.
• Customers are liable to provide valid government-issued identification and proof of address.
• A refundable security deposit is collected at the beginning of the rental period.
• The company provides free delivery along with installation in selected areas of the country.
• Delivery time varies according to the availability of the product and/or arranging the required product.
• Products must be used solely for personal purposes in the location specified in the agreement.
• Subletting or transferring rented items is strictly prohibited.
• Relocation of the product, in case of a change of the residential address, is strictly prohibited.
• Customers can relocate rented items within operational cities by notifying the company in advance.
• Regular maintenance and minor repairs are handled by Krintos.
• Swapping of products for other products on the website is prohibited.
• In case of physical remarks on the product, the customer is not liable for a replacement or refund of the product.
• In case of a faulty product and/or serious damages that lead to non-functionality of the product, the customer is liable for a replacement.
• Faulty or defective items will be replaced free of charge during the rental period.
• The company is not liable for personal injuries or damages caused by improper usage of rented items.
• Early termination results in cancellation charges.
• The company’s liability is limited to the monthly rental fee in case of disputes.
• Ownership of the rented products and/or appliances cannot be transferred to the customer, no matter the tenure of the rental period.
